I was told its not for the 850 pro. If i knew that i wouldnt have bought it. Every cook book i have says 275. I dont have 275. I did alot of research and most videos showd it with 10 degree increments. Its the same controls as the 1150. Why cant i get it?

I ordered parts and have not received them So I called again today just to find out that they are on back order until the end of August and I was not made aware of this and I have a big barbecue coming up this weekend so I dont know what Im gonna do
