My or has been ready for shipment since 11/17 and ups has had no confirmation for a pick up. You took my money before shipping my item with is not protocol and cant reach anyone at your location. Unable to track my package due into an invalid tracking number
New Management does not alert yours received nor shipped. And, will take 2-3 weeks to ship your partial and tell you they’re not sure when the other part will be shipped. What type of business attempts to have online service only, but has no clue about efficient and courtesy order updates.
I need to return an item I recently purchased.
Broken lamp was received. I would like a replacement. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy anything from Pier 1. Have been waiting for a response from customer service for 2 weeks.

There was a convocation of African members of the hotel throughout the 3rd floor of the hotel and possibly between the floors. The doors of their rooms to the corridor were open, and communication took several hours. It was also disturbing that at lunch in the hotel restaurant hall there was a voice of a funeral director from above the room. We wanted to relax but did not succeed. out.
