I called customer service on June 13th and they said they would send replacement card, and never did and gave me a number to call that is closed. Customer service stinks!!! User’s recommendation: They will keep your money on your gift card!!!!

There was a convocation of African members of the hotel throughout the 3rd floor of the hotel and possibly between the floors.
