Not up-to-date, unable to use wallet Payment, amount us directly being debited from link accounts

While making payment to merchant it is not giving the option of wallet payment. Thats why amount is not being debitted from wallet. Unable to understand why one should activate the wallet once its can not be used. User’s recommendation: Not at all.
