Opening an account in this branch wasted me totally 5 hours waiting in the hot sun. 3 hours waited outside in hot sun without any places to sit plus 2 hours inside idling. Moratorium detail

I have recieved my moratorium approval through email on 9 July 2021, but till today i dont received any another email about the detail. Today was payday but my acc automatically deduct my montly personal loan payment. Does my moratorium not affective this month, if affective, will the money refund after that?

Poor Internet

The most horrible Internet I've ever used! Ever since I came back to the bits, there have been exclusively internet problems! How come the internet doesn't work even during the day? I understand that there may be some problems with the network, but not on a regular basis! The internet has been so slow in recent days that even spotify music can sometimes not be listened to, let alone in the evening / night when there is no internet at all! I am very sorry that I switched from Telstra to bit, with January the contract with this institution will be terminated as far as they are not able to satisfy the wishes of their customers! I do not recommend using this operator if you need the Internet for work.
