Fogged window warranty Very slow response after repeated requests

I sent detailed information to PGT Consumer Service on Sept 26 about a fogged two pane window under warranty. Got a quick response from Noemi Colon, at PGT Consumer Affairs on Sept 27 with a request for more specific information. Collected the additional information and sent this Oct 7. No response. I am a building contractor and we sell PGT windows to our customers. Back in the beginning PGT was Vinyl Tech and they were a great company.
