Broken iphone

Called after hours. Need to replace iPhone: irreparable damage. User’s recommendation: Hours: 5:30am – 7:30pm PST M-F, 7am – 5pm PST SSu.
I left the company. Switched to Sprint. They were unable to authorize an early phone upgrade despite my phone requiring to be charged 3x p day and me being a loyal costumer for 4 years. Their focus is on raising money for good causes. That is why I joined.
I actually worked for this company and they are not liberal or even supporting the causes they claim to be.
