I called 2 different numbers and sat on hold EACH time for 30 plus minutes and STILL didn’t get to talk to anyone.! This is absolutely ridiculous.! Why have customer service YOU DONT FIX ***

Uploaded a check that was APPROVED but to the wrong card. Called customer service to fix the issue and i cant even get in touch with them.! They wont answer the phone hold times are absolutely outrageous and unnecessary. User’s recommendation: Just cash any checks in person bc if you have a problem they won’t solve it.

Terrible service from Ingo

Refusing to cash checks made in my business name because they dont have my business info. Tech support was useless and usually took more than an hour to get through, when I would get connected none of them knew what was going on or they gave incorrect info on what I needed and my checks still were...
