My glasses are twice stronger than they are suppose to be…

went to eyeglass world 2 yrs ago for glasses they charged me 500.00 for new frames and lenses.i have had them reajusted so many times i cant count so finally went and had a new eye exam elsewhere.my glasses are twice the strength i need.no wonder i couldnt see.i think this is fraud they charged me for...
