Price Bait and Switch

These folks advertise a main line cleaning for $99. This is their regular week (M-F) rate. They quoted me $310 to clean out the main line after initially quoting me on-line for $99 for a Saturday appointment. Not good and wouldn’t recommend them.

"AFTER FOUR DAYS OF TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE (ANYONE) AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR 40 MINUTES EACH TIME, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO HELP ME WITH A RETURN ITEM."
