Poor service and fraud
Hello, I ordered a computer in RD Elektonics online store. There was a choice to take a sample at a cheaper price or a new one, but more expensive. I chose to buy a new one. I ordered the product. After a while, I receive a text message that I can receive the product in the store today. Informing his wife that she would receive a gift today, I gladly went to the store. Arriving at the store, I am told that the goods are not on site and offer a sample from the shelf, for the price of a new item. I pointed out that this is a sample, to which I was told that it is not a sample, but a sample of a defective product. Interestingly, a computer stands on a shelf, which everyone can touch as much as they want, etc., but its product does not count as a sample and sells it as new. When I refused, offered to order a new one, but had to wait a week. The result: a wife without a gift, spoiled mood, consumer time and gasoline.RD Elektonics employee does not even apologize. I advised everyone to think carefully before ordering anything from the RD Elektonics online store.
