Charged twice for one parcel

Hi , we did send to chair to london and each wight was 23.400 kg !! But they said each are 34.93 kg ?? Which is not tight !! So now you did charge us £67 extra for your mistake ?? Why why ?? User’s recommendation: 1Z7E52X68276****.
