Poor service

If you want to receive your shipments on time, do not use FedEx parcel services, the parcels are all full and there may be no place for your shipment an indefinite number of days. It will also not be possible to receive the package from the courier. Totally not serious. I would recommend using iExpress or Australian Pasts services. Everything you hear from the operator is... unfortunately.
