Poor service
Do not use this company's services as it is unsafe. Before Christmas, I received a text message that the shipment has arrived. I went to Darwin 2 times - on December 24 and 25, but the parcel terminal did not work (did not respond to the touch). The customer service for the post office works only on working days. In the evenings and on weekends, only the answering machine answers the phone. I wrote a text message to which I received a reply that I will be able to receive it on December 25, but everything was gone, and the phones at the service did not answer me again on December 25, December 26 or 27. So some of my loved ones were left without gifts. Here's a fun Christmas adventure.
