My flight was changed not by me

They never called me back to resolve the issue

Beside them canceling my flight twice which was paid for. When I finagling got ahold of someone on the phone; they promised to call me back so the manager could resolve the issue and they never called me back. They are horrible. User’s recommendation: Never.
