Fraud

I ordered pizza yesterday and received confirmation, but after 1/10 h there was no pizza, I called them and they told me says that they are supposed to call me when there is no ham for the pizza and that when there is no pizza, I have not received any call, they could at least send a text message, otherwise we waited and did not eat! They just didn't want the message that if they had more than 49 minutes, they would have to give them free pizza!
