Hello from Multipack through the company's website to customer goods-plastic products 6. Pieces. I paid by bank transfer from my internet bank. An acknowledgment of receipt of the money transfer was returned from the company and the order execution was informed. The courier delivered the ordered item to me on the specified date. Upon receipt of the product, which was packed in polyethylene film packaging, after unpacking the received order, it was constant that 1 piece of plastic product was missing. I sent 2 pieces of letters to the company's e-mail about the situation, to which no answers were received. Then on September 9th I called the company on the phone 67420420 where I explained that I would deal with the current situation and that I had 10.September callback unfortunately I did not receive a phone call. But I received an e-mail informing me that all my items have been shipped and everything has been done honestly on their part. The e-mail I received informed me that the customer service specialist had been in the warehouse and found out that the goods were properly assembled. Question whether the warehouse was a general inventory of goods. On the possible surplus of the goods. It seems that the company's employees perform their duties sloppily and there is insufficient control from the company's management.
