I want to warn people never to repair computers at this company! Situation: The computer does not load and does not see the cord but is working. Fee datamarket for diagnostics. After the diagnostics said that the computer is all bad and there is a damage to the motherboard voltage / power circuit. After the answer, I requested a picture of the defect. The low quality picture shows something black on the motherboard and Dc in the port! The more fun is that I personally took pictures of the same place before the transfer. From then on, there were suspicions that they were trying to cheat me, because according to them, the repair work would be around 300 dollars. I asked for a full description of the defect, a description of the replacement part, the price for the part and the price for the work, but in return I got the answer as "the motherboard cannot be ordered". I demanded my computer back and paid for the diagnostics. Another hardware service found a Dc in port fault the same day! The part ordered was loaded and the computer is running that new! And I paid 45 CA$ for everything. Conclusion:Datamarket tried to deceive me with a non-existent defect for 300 CAD, but in reality the defect can be solved quickly and easily and for 45 CAD.
