I booked the last cab after the booking was accepted, I got a call from the cab driver, he asked for the destination, I told him that he disconnected the phone and canceled the booking. This is not the first time it happened to me, it happened many times After booking 3-4 cabs one cab driver comes
Very poor working nature. Till date I am not getting my receipts and they had not solved query. Support system not work properly. User’s recommendation: Don’t use ola cab.
Yesterday by mistake I sent the ola driver 10000 rs instead of sending it to my brother. And now the driver isn’t recieving my call. He called in the morning and told he needs to check the mini statement before sending the amount , but currently his phone is switched off.
