My last ride pay shows pending

Bad condition cab and extra charges being taken

I had travelled with ola cab on 11aug 2021 . The cab took an extra fare saying some cancellation penalty (rs 50 ) without taking any review from customer that cab driver never come to destination on time aur not ready to come to that destination. Driver did not stop On route and said he cannot wait as its fixed ride he was so rude that he drove rashly after that and was not willing to stop anywhere

Charged extra

The ride i took ok 13/8/21 to mambalam-guindy taluk office from Saligramam showed ride cost of rs 68 but in the drivers mobile it showed rs 118. The reason for rs 50 extra was that i had cancelled a ride before. Customers cancel rides all the time you cant be charging 50 rs each time we cancel.... Read more➤
