I am unable to pay my Ola money postpaid bill .It shows there seems to be some problem. Received reminder only your payment is pending but no one provide solution . I also raised complaint to your department but no revert received till now . User’s recommendation: Nothing.

I was Charged extra 50 rs. for my today’s ride. Auto driver reasoned it as previous cancellation charges .But I need not pay any such charges as I have already solved the problem through your office before more than a year itself. So pls. Kindly do the needful.s
I was charged extra when I denied to pay extra driver did not take amount from me after which I contacted customer Care and paid him his amount of 225 by paytm but amount is not settled till yet and showing pending on my account.
