Rip off alert ! Complete thieves

I was a customer of Two River community Bank for 10 years. Apparently they were bought out by ocean first so are accounts were transferred during the pandemic. Cannot change my PIN

I have called customer service twice to help me change my PIN to no avail. The system won’t let me into my account! Bank up date in system was suppose be over 7/1`2/21. It Is 7/16/21 I cannot access my account.

Bank said update of accounts would be done by 7/12/21. It is 7/16/21 cannot access my account. What is going on and why did you not contact customers and tell them that it was going to be closed longer than 7/12/21. User’s recommendation: Bank somewhere else.
