Need questions answered about recent subscription

Handled very well and was helpful. I resubscribed at the rate I thought it was supposed to be. However, when I was talking to the noom rep, she said this new subscription would be the premium one but it was not. Didnt like that. Emailed her about that and will see what happens. User’s recommendation: Service good.

Poor customer support and web site

On 5/5 PM I found myself locked out of my NOOM account and program. I needed to reset my password.
