Money taken from my account after cancelling my account

I cancelled my subscription after the £14 trial but. £59was taken from my account which you kindly refunded. However another£59 has been taken in April. I really cannot afford this at the moment so please can you put this right. User’s recommendation: They appear to be helpful if you contact them.

Increased price

I did the online questionnaire and felt pretty confident to try Noom. I was quoted a price, but when it came time to pay, they changed the percentage of savings & I was quoted a higher fee. I can only see bad things in the future with this company. No thanks.
