Signed up, but afterwards had back surgery. Had to eat hospital food, and could not begin the regimen. I never talked to a counselor. Noom was difficult to navigate!!

Signed up for Noom and then had back surgery. Please refund all of my money since I am now retired, and on a limited income.

I need help with my subscription

Hanson reset it for me-yay! My e-mail address was from my work, and I have now retired. So, the password reset was going to be sent to an address I couldnt access. Got it all fixed. Very pleased. User’s recommendation: Stick with it-it works.
