Low quality service

The LG GX 200 was purchased in March. But after using it for 3 weeks I had to bring it to the MTTC service because there was a problem with charging. A month later I got the phone, but again the same problem, I carried it again. After the second time its the same. I have actually used the phone for about 3 weeks and 2 months for services. All the time I sewed software, chargers for a new month waiting, but nothing. I take it 3 times. When I received the phone again, I saw that there was a crack in the battery (it looks like a factory defect), I hadn't cheated on it before, because it was hard to see. Asking why I didn't replace the battery, says that the battery life of LG phones is only 3 months, although in the coupon I have a 2 year warranty on the whole phone. Then I ask why the master sewed the software to me all the time,because the problem was charging, and logically, the problem was already in the battery from the beginning. As if after 3 times I would get a new phone at all, which I don't ask for, but they can't even replace the battery. Now I have written a letter to the management of the company, but I think that it will not make any sense, because in Canada companies do not even think about their reputation these days.
