Stock not received but Mydeal claims it has been delivered

Goods not received. However Mydeal claims to have delivered. Have email from you on 20th July 2021 from my wife Helena Winterflood that payment received. Your invoice number 482****. Transaction ID 6K628****B320****. User’s recommendation: Upload photo????Can not load photo as goods not delivered.

Communication needed to be more consumer friendly, just a little frustrated at the time, all resolved when I went through my Facebook account then goods purchased and tracking advice was accessed.

The main problem was initially not being able to access my order -Setup Mydeal Website account first User’s recommendation: Make sure you either have a Mydeal account or Facebook account to have information accessed quickly.
