Hi I ordered a trampoline on 31/7/21. I tried calling my deal on 2/8/21 I many times to cancel my order I couldn’t get through I tried to email so many timed finally got to email that wasn’t dispatch.

Appalling dealing with Mydeal on a product that I ordered and never received.

I ordered a home security alarm for system on Mydeal Australia site. Four months later and I have still not received the product or my requested refund after attempts to cancel the order when my disclaimer went unresolved and being given many conflicting stories as to why.

Great conoany

I ordered a microwave and realised straight after that it was too big for the area that it would need to be placed. I immediately contacted mydeal and everything was sorted out and I was refunded quickly and easily. I thought it would be a drama but they were great. User’s recommendation: I would highly recommend mydeal.
