Ordered dec 4 now dec 22 and have not recieved item apparently track my order doesn’t work with gift cards so I assume it is lost I want a refund

The above item…refill pages for Michaels 2 post album..do not fit. The box cover picture is correct but the pages inside are NOT the same. None of the holes fit.
