I was shopping online and had over $80 in my cart. Four times when I went to check out the items became no longer available. Eventually I didn’t have enough left to qualify for free shipping. Deceptive marketing (bait and switch / trademark infringement) tactic

You advertise a toy known as squirmles on your website as being available for purchase in your store. However the product in the store is actually a knock-off called tricky worm. This is extremely deceptive and most likely a trademark infringement not to mention the time of mine you wasted by employing these bait and switch tactics
