This is the first time we have ever had issues with this salad!

My fiance likes to sit and have salad at night… while I was in the kitchen cleaning I heard him coughing and choking. I went to check on him and he had pulled out what appeared to be a wire bread tie!!!! Seriously? How does such an item get in a SALAD?
