When I finally arrived, I was neglected, careless, rude, breath tests were done in a hurry, careless, poor quality - in another institution I was shown other results and the tests were done carefully. I was later cursed that I was waiting at the wrong door. He spoke quickly, under his nose, it was impossible to understand where to go. Quite a chaotic organization.
