Are curtains flame retardant?

Hello. I purchased some Mainstays 63 inch 100% Blackout Panels for use in my classroom. I am trying to find out if they are flame retardant, but there is no information about that on the packaging. Do you know where I can obtain that information?

Missing cord for fan
