Search for part of broken swing. Nothing not one part wth?

Just received for Mother’s Day a zero gravity swing with canopy. One month and the canopy lock mechanism is already broke. Cannot locate any parts. No response by emails. Purhased a Mainstays 10 Shelf Organizer Shoe Rack with Cover, White From walmart assembled it correctly within a few days it had fallen to the side.
