I’ve always loved Mainstays patio furniture until I ordered a simple garden bench. It came without assembly directions or hardware TWICE. I need help!

How can I assemble a product without hardware or instructions? You sent the same item with the same problem twice! User’s recommendation: Do t but the bench.

Mainstays Slim Digital Scale Black-Calibration

While cleaning the scale it was put into calibration mode and now doesn’t weight correctly. I am unable to find any information about he sequence to get it back into calibration mode in order to reset it. The sequence would be very helpful.
