Somebody had got an my account and use 2 rides last night and this morning One was for 16.98 and the other was 52.97 both time was charge to my account
90.00 charge for 28 mile ride. Driver said this is usually about 40.00 dollars and not the usual amount. The apps started at 40.00 but kept. Changing the price. The directs me per app to walk 2 blocks to catch my ride at 4am. That’s not safe for any age, and for me being 63 is unbelievable....

The driver i orginally had this morning was very rude and made me late to work. I waited 13mins for him and when i got in the car he told me he wouldn’t take me to work. His ride does not show up in my ride history because he canceled the ride. I ended up being late...

Bad internet
You pay for internet + television, but the internet principle can't be used at all because the speed barely goes up to 1mbs. Full speed "eat" television so when Hd channels are connected, as they themselves say when it should be no problem. And nothing better they don't offer the only thing they offer is to pay and have to pull another internet cable, thus paying double.
