I received a message from Lyft that my application has been suspended. I have not sent an application – its my understanding that someone is using my information to create a profile. I would like to get this removed from your database – Katherine Turenne 941-730-**** turennek6@***.com
The drive said I didnt have A mask on. That is a big lie.!I had a mask infact I have a two double mask on. Why are ur drivers lying? It also happen on Saturday too when the drive said I have No mask on! This is absolutely ridiculous!
The driver picked me up and drove me 4 miles! I was obviously overcharged $62.00. I If I don’t hear from someone at Lyft I will be contacting my debit card company to dispute the charge. I can be reached at 609-230-****.

Chrages

That I was charged 2x for the same ride on the 16th and the 18th and charged extra for the rides. I spoke to no one at your supposedly customer service center. I would like my money returned to my account for the extra charges

Mishandled Financials

My driver took cash from me to the tune of 50 dollars for a ten minute ride. This was after bringing me to his friend at 7-11 who was working the counter and trying to pocket the money I gave him for Green Dot load of $250 toy card. He then intentionally drove me around in circles... Read more➤

Bad internet

You pay for internet + television, but the internet principle can't be used at all because the speed barely goes up to 1mbs. Full speed "eat" television so when Hd channels are connected, as they themselves say when it should be no problem. And nothing better they don't offer the only thing they offer is to pay and have to pull another internet cable, thus paying double.
