Some time ago I tried to work for this company. discussions, both training, handouts and team. In principle, everyone speaks only foreign language. In addition, to start working there had to pay 100 or 400 dollars, I did not stay there, because it already seemed suspicious that all employees work without a salary type on the future interest on their transaction, which will probably be in a few months. They sign cooperation agreements with the employee (I don't remember any, many were there) - I was immediately told that this was so that we would not have to pay taxes. Really do not understand how it can by law? People have to come to work every day, sit in the office, work at least 6-8 hours a day according to a plan, even on holidays, give you the manager you work under, give him reports on what has been done, mandatory meetings several times a week, report on what he has done also to other bosses, etc. , in my opinion, everything corresponds to a standard employment relationship. Although the minimum wage could be paid because a person has to feed a family and pay bills, I do not understand how to work a day for several months without a salary.
