Candle won’t stay lit. Batteries are not the issue. This is the 3rd one from qvc

Candle lights for about 2 minutes then goes out. This is not the first one Ive had to do this. Contacts on batteries all touch. Batteries not the issue. Tried resetting timer. The disc covering the bottom f the candle is broken and I requested a new cover

They needed more info, so I responded today giving them the info they need to identify the part. I hope to hear back by next week. I stated I will pay for the part. User’s recommendation: none yet.

Battery compartment cover is broken

I just need the small plastic cover to hold the batteries in. The response from customer serv. is that they might be able to find a cover for me—but I had to send in more info.
