Disapointed in product

I contacted them d/t the candles not working for a year after paying a high price for them. They said the warranty was only for 3 months and suggested a solution which doesn’t work. Candles won’t stay lit

Same issue. Same size candle in all 3 sets WILL NOT stay lit. Contacted QVC week before last n still waiting on prepaid postage labels from QVC for returns.
