I ordered a tb200 lawn mower from troy built…it arrived in the mail and It would not assemble…the arm bolts were striped when put together at factory…so I returned it to home depot and low and behold they had one that I could exchange for…so not to make a bad problem worse…I exchange it for another…got it... I didn’t notice immediately but the deck for my Troy-Bilt Pony lawn tractor doesn’t have the anti-scalp wheels. It’s not even set up for adding wheels; no brackets. Model 2410 snowblower

Bought a new model 2410 2-stag snowblower 11/15/2019. Did not use until this winter. Upon purchase I followed startup instructions, which included filling with the prescribed oil which was supplied. terrible attitude

I have been a AuMobile customer for about 14 years, I have always paid all the bills without delays, and I have never paid much attention to the minutes, because the bills were not too big. Some time ago I called from another operator, tried to seduce me, but I refused, because I really liked AuMobile service, until I really applied to AuMobile for a deal, one existing telephone connection to the company, one new connection and a telephone for a fee, as well as switch two phones from individual to company and then together the company would have 4 connections. When I went to the main AuMobile building, I was served by a client specialist Jolanta L. to whom I told everything I wanted, she replied that there is no problem, all this can be done,concluded all the contracts gave a new number and I went to the same building to buy a phone, and here everything was arranged and then suddenly after two hours of formation tells me that unfortunately we can not give you this phone. I ask why? I answer you have a debt. I say I have no debt to AuMobile. Well yes no, but still issue they can't, so go to a client specialist. I went to the customer spec again. Jolanta and I asked why you gave me the number, if I can't get a phone, but I asked you if I could buy a new phone for a fee, you answered how yes, she shrugs and doesn't know what to answer. Please call the driver. When Jasinovicha Elita came on behalf of the manager, I told the whole situation and already telling me that the manager either did not understand anything or she did not care at all, she answered without explaining anything to me,that unfortunately I can't help because some limit has been exceeded. When asked if I am a customer with a bill of about 140 dollars a month, I am not at all interested in the AuMobile company, the manager shrugged, smiled and answered that if I really want that phone to go to the supermarket and buy. I didn't even know more to say. I called Telstra, left, everything was arranged for me, I got the phone I wanted, without any unnecessary questions, everything went smoothly. Of course, I remained a customer of both AuMobile and Telstra. When I received the AuMobile invoice, the whole nightmare continued again, all the level 6 discounts on the invoice were canceled, when I called AuMobile, I was told that I had signed a contract and made changes, although I did not ask for any changes, because I have chosen the best one. not less favorable,of course, after some two hours of clarification on the AuMobile pay phone, because it is simply not possible to call for free, I was promised to pay next month. AuMobile has even here figured out how to cheat its customers, want to solve their problems, pay. Lately, as far as I have called the AuMobile operator, I always ask you to wait for them to find out and disappear for about five minutes and so on for each of your questions. Now I am just a Telstra customer, I am very satisfied with the service, I got everything my company needed. AuMobile management! This is not a Telstra advertisement, ask AuMobile manager Elita Jasinovicha on RopaZhu Street, I think she remembers me, because I spent about three hours in the AuMobile building explaining and also promised to post a complaint on the Internet as I would switch to another operator, but the manager just kept smiling, my conclusion is that AuMobile simply doesn't care what is written about them on the internet and that they lose customers in this fierce competition.
