The bottom of our swim spa has rusted out. I have to take a picture, so they can review it. The pool is about 10 years old. There isn’t a warranty left. I didn’t get the feeling they even wanted to talk to me.

Thermospa finally responded to my repeated phone calls and scheduled a delivery date for May 5. Your delivery of my complaint possibly was a significant factor to Thermospa recent action. We shall see if the product meets the contract specifications.
