DHorrible customer service-attempting to return items-unable to complete chat online but when you ordering there is no problem!! User’s recommendation: Don’t order online from Lord and Taylor.

Received Damaged Merchandise

I ordered from L&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;T; merchandise came damaged. I need to return for credit, but no info is available. I do NOT want to pay S&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;H on return. Bad enough I had to pay to receive. If I dont hear back, I will put this into dispute with my MasterCard credit card company.
