Issue still not resolved.

I’ve been waiting for 6 MONTHS to get this resolved. I have given up. I’m happy they are going out of business because it is not what it used to be, and it would be just so much sadder to have to endure such *** customer service. User’s recommendation: Don’t spend any money here.
