After contacting you they did contact me by text. I cannot get back to them. Phone lines are down emails come back cant do a live chat. I need to know the date they sent me the return label. Thanx User’s recommendation: Just don’t try to ever get thru to contact them.

I do not recommend cooperating with AuMobile and making a shipment to the e-shop. On December 28, philips tv was purchased, delivery was scheduled for January 6. After placing the order, the operator informed that the delivery will have to wait until January 6. Delivery did not take place on January 6 and the company did not contact. Delivery was then promised on 15 January. I did not receive delivery on this date either. Today, by calling herself (January 18) and asking about the delivery of the order, the operator informed that this TV will not be, because the product does not arrive from the manufacturer.
