Yall need to STOP AUTOMATICALLY CHARGING PPL CARD WHEN YALL FIND OUT THEIR IS MONEY ON IT. Dont care if it was a damn penny. Its Christmas time I needed ALLLL OF MY DAMN MONEY. And yall took money out my account before I even knew it was there. *** terrible
