Stalled programming

Hello. Every morning at approximately 6:03am while watching the lifetime movie network, the programming stalls for about 2 minutes. I thought it was weather related at first but it was continued to happen every morning. This is not really a big deal however, I thought it could be fixed. Thank you for your time.
