I had a 100 lats banknote and needed to be refined. First I went to the store, there I was refused. This is understandable and acceptable. Then I went to Norvik Bank, located in Talsi, Dundagas Street 18, City Mall premises. There I was retaliated so unkindly - we do not provide such services!? I'm so confused that I can't understand for a moment....... Question? How can a bank not change money? What's going on here, what's the attitude? Thanks to City Mall the cashier who saw it and was the opposite when changing money.
