Satnav and phone

Just keep being ignored want my phone and satnav fixed or replaced but keep getting NO WHERE they both come with 12 months warranty so what’s the issue

Disappointed with their silence !

Xgody was happy and excited to collect money for my order XGD3913, then go silent with no contact. This is a very poor practice with paying customers. Still no reply after few reminders. I want to know the status of my order immediately. User’s recommendation: Wait till I advise.
