I have not received the items I ordered on 03.12.2018, they had to be sent from 16.12.2018.-29.12.2018, as presented in the coupon. I have not received any information about the other delivery time of the product! I called several times - it is not possible to call, because the answering machine constantly answers that all operators are busy. I wrote an e-mail 6 times with a question when the product will be delivered or the money will be returned, I have not received any answer, either within three days or in a longer period of time. On January 30 , 2019, I sent to both specified e-mails both payment orders and coupons sent by them. No answer.The product is not has arrived. The money paid for the item has not been returned to my account.
